Preparation for class:
Wear comfortable clothes, like you would wear for the beach. Bring a towel and don't eat right before.

In an ongoing effort to be attentive to the needs of our clientele, we are ready to add an additional class time slot and we'd like to gather as much feedback regarding what time slot in order to meet the needs of the greatest number of students.
